Hello there. I'd like to welcome you to the Virtual Training Company presentation of CompTIA's A+ 220-802 Exam Course. My name is Mark Long and I'll be your instructor for this course and we're going to go through the stated objectives as published by CompTIA and help you get ready to go take the 220-802 exam. Now notice 2012 objectives there on the screen. CompTIA doesn't officially refer to these exams as 2012 objectives but you're going to see that mentioned out there on the Internet and in a lot of different documentation. So I just want to make sure that you know kind of what you're getting into here. Now keep in mind you'll have to pass two exams to achieve CompTIA A+ Certification. You'll have to pass the 220-801 Exam and we have a VTC course for that. And then you'll also need to pass the 220-802 exam and that's this course right here. So we're going to cover a lot of topics here. We're going to cover quite a few hours; we're going to hit most of these stated objectives by CompTIA. So you're going to learn a lot here. We're going to talk about a lot of fundamentals things like operating systems, mobile devices, all those sorts of things. So we're going to cover quite a bit of information.
