Set up committees and positions such as Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, assign members or named people to terms with start and end dates, and see current, upcoming and past holders on a clear Who's who page. Members see their own roles on My roles with warnings when a term ends soon, and can write handover notes for whoever takes over.
