Watch the famous Lorenz butterfly attractor trace itself out in 3D from its classic parameter values, or switch to the Rössler system for its own distinctive spiraling band shape. Launch two trajectories from barely-different starting points and watch them end up in completely different parts of the attractor — deterministic equations producing genuinely unpredictable long-term behavior, the defining signature of chaos. Sweep a key parameter and watch the system visibly cross the line from simple, orderly motion into full chaos.
