Give every new member a guided first-weeks quest. Admins build quest templates with day-by-day tasks (to do, read, watch, meet, ask), links or files, points and badges. Start a quest for a newcomer or let members start one themselves, and pair them with a mentor suggested by shared interests. Newcomers tick off tasks, earn points and badges and ask their mentor questions; mentors check tasks that need sign-off, return them with a note and log check-ins. A dashboard shows completion rates, overdue tasks, bottlenecks and who needs help, with CSV export.
