3D Protein Structure Viewer

Education

View real protein structures as cartoon, surface or stick models that all come from the same atom positions, with alpha helices at their correct coil of about 3.6 residues per turn and beta sheets with the right strand direction. Hydrogen bonds are drawn between chemically plausible partners, and a bound ligand shows its pocket. A small set of well-known proteins is included rather than an arbitrary file loader.
