Welcome to iLife 11. Let's go ahead and go through a list of many of the great new features in this version. We'll go ahead and talk about iPhoto first and don't worry guys, once we get to that particular application I will show you those features. OK. In iPhoto there is a new Full Screen Mode. Now even though the last version of iPhoto allowed you to enter into a Full Screen Mode, the concept has been taken to the next level and it's really spectacular to see. You can also now email your photos right from within iPhoto, which means select a picture, email it, don't even have to leave and go to your mail application. There are brand new Slideshows which are very nice. There's an improved workflow for when you want to create books, cards, and calendars. There's something new called a Letterpress Card, which is an old fashioned technique where you have, you know, an actual relief of an image on your card. And there are Facebook enhancements so that when you upload images to your Facebook account and anybody would like to comment on it, that comment will actually reflect in your iPhoto library as well. Now in GarageBand there's something interesting called How Did I Play, which means you play along and then GarageBand will kind of tell you if you did good or not. There are new Basic Lessons. There is something called Groove Matching so that you can match your rhythm on a single track to everyone who's playing, and there is something called Flex Time to help keep your songs in a better rhythm itself. In iMovie some really, really cool features. One is Movie Trailers so you can take pictures of your vacation and movies and turn them into a spectacular and exciting trailer, complete with music created by an actual orchestra. There are new Audio Editing Tools as well. Something called One-Step Special Effects. A People Finder which is actually able to recognize people in movie clips themselves. And new Themes based on sports and broadcast news. So, that is some of the stuff we're going to be talking about in this version of iLife.
