Watch a substrate approach an enzyme's active site, the site reshape around it in induced fit, catalysis rearrange the bonds, and the product leave as the site resets. The app states the difference between induced fit and the older lock-and-key picture, and the product is built from the substrate's own atoms so nothing appears or vanishes. Hexokinase with glucose and a protease are among the examples.
