We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data. We implement security measures but cannot guarantee complete security of your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user content), is owned by VTC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for outstanding charges
  • We may delete your data after a retention period
  • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VTC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VTC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VTC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
